Your order will be processed, packed, and dispatched from one of our warehouses, ensuring a swift and reliable delivery. Currently, we offer the following shipping alternatives from FedEx, UPS, and USPS for most states:

When Do We Ship Your Order?

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. For express shipping options (FedEx 2nd Day, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air), the cutoff for same-day shipping from our warehouses is 2 PM, Monday through Friday.

Adult Signature Requirement (ASR)

The Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) is a crucial part of our shipping policy, mandated by specific states to ensure the responsible delivery of our products. An individual aged 21 or older must be present at the designated delivery address to receive the parcel. A valid ID confirming the recipient's age must be presented during delivery.

ASR is currently mandatory in the following states:

  • California
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Iowa
  • Massachusetts
  • Minnesota
  • North Dakota
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia
  • Wyoming

During checkout, customers will be informed if their shipping address falls within a state where ASR is required. ASR includes a fee imposed by the shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx), and while we strive to keep costs low, we may need to pass a portion of this fee to customers in these states. This ensures compliance with the law and helps us continue to provide safe, responsible service.

Customers in ASR-mandated states should be aware of this requirement, plan accordingly, and have a valid ID ready for presentation during delivery attempts. By adhering to ASR guidelines, we aim to uphold legal standards and contribute to a safe and responsible distribution process for our products.

 

Shipping to Military Addresses

For orders destined for U.S. military addresses (DPO and FPO), the only shipping options available are UPS SurePost with USPS as the last mile provider or USPS directly. For APO orders, the only shipping option is UPS SurePost. Delivery times may vary based on your specific APO, DPO, or FPO location.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

To avoid delivery delays or returns due to an incorrect address, ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders with address errors once they have been dispatched. If you notice a mistake in your address while we are processing your order, please send email info@npouches.com so we can attempt to correct it before it leaves our warehouse.

 

Track Your Order

We prioritize transparency and control for our customers, especially regarding order tracking. If you've selected a trackable service, your order confirmation email will include a direct tracking link. This link provides real-time updates on your order's status and estimated delivery time. To receive notifications on your mobile device, download the carrier's app.
