Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from NPouches’ warehouse. We strive to ship all orders promptly. However, it may take a few days before you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Certain states require adult signatures upon delivery in addition to on-site age verification. If this requirement applies in your state, you acknowledge that NPouches’ shipping carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. A package shipped according to any of our delivery alternatives will either be sent back to NPouches or discarded if you have not been able to redeem it. You agree to pay any costs associated with an unredeemed package.
Returns
We do not accept returns since our products are fresh with a limited shelf life. The right to complain only includes defects at delivery (not defects due to the product’s expired shelf life or normal wear and tear). You need to notify NPouches about the defect within ten days after receiving the product. We recommend you inspect the products carefully upon receiving them. Please note, the time frame for compensation to be issued for orders is 10 days.
Depending on the type of product defect, we may require you to provide photographic proof. Throughout the complaint period, you are required to retain the original packaging, packing slip, and the products in question.
Depending on the type of defect, we may provide a replacement product, remediation, or a price reduction. For further claims exceeding the cost of the product, NPouches agrees to comply with mandatory applicable consumer legislation governing the purchase. Any other liability is expressly excluded.
Title to the product passes from us to you upon shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped. However, in the event of damages during shipment, you may reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will try to assist you. We kindly ask you to keep the product packaging for inspection. To make a claim regarding your products, you will also need to prove your purchase from the Website, such as through the order confirmation or the receipt npouches sent to the email address you provided when making your purchase. We may also request photographic proof of damages.
Events Outside Our Control
NPouches is not required to comply with these Terms when there is an event outside of our control (Force Majeure), including, for example, changes in legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, or other extraordinary events. Such an event will also relieve NPouches from the obligation to pay any compensation to you. If a Force Majeure event lasts longer than two (2) months, both you and NPouches have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Product Reviews
By submitting a product review on the Website, you give NPouches the right to publish it on the Website and other channels and media. NPouches also reserves the right not to publish or to delete any submitted review.
